EPP, EPS, or ARCEL™ foam is commonly used in conjunction with steel racks or HDPE pallets to offer a returnable/reusable material handling system with a unique blend of toughness and durability while being lightweight. Whether packaging instrument panels, instrument clusters, grills, radios, spoilers, head and tail lamps or an assortment of other products, our foams are custom designed to protect class “A” surfaces and reduce shipping damage. The cushioning characteristics of our materials reduce impact to the parts while providing years of round trip service.
