EPP beads produce a very tough low-density closed-cell foam with excellent energy absorption characteristics. The material has excellent recoverability, second only to EPE from repeated shocks and deformations. Foams molded from these beads also retain their high degree of dimensional stability when exposed to temperature extremes. Expanded polypropylene can be molded into a wide variety of forms, and custom fitted to ensure that your product is cradled by durable, lightweight and recyclable containers.
