  • Joined Huntington Foam as CFO on August 1, 2008 after several months on assignment at Huntington Foam with Compass Advisory Partners, a Pittsburgh  based turnaround consulting firm
  • 30 years of financial experience in manufacturing
  • BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Grove City College
   

Benjamin Raygoza - Director of Operations
Benjamin Raygoza
  • Experience in EPS industry since 1993
  • Project Leader responsible for the installation of 5 different Foam processing facilities
  • Has performed different positions in the industry such Production Manager, Quality Manager, Plant Manager, General Manager and Director of Operations for leading companies in Mexico and the US
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Administrative Engineering from Universidad de Sonora
  • MBA with specialization in Business Development from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua

 
   

Ed Flynn - Director of Sales & Engineering
Ed Flynn
  • 10 years of sales experience in engineered custom shape molded foam
  • 30 years of experience in sales in various fields including the automotive aftermarket and manufacturer representation
  • Instrumental in the development and implementation of Clear-View™ with three major appliance manufactures
  • Spearheaded the company’s expansion into Mexico

 
   

Mel Parsons - Director of Corporate Services
Mel Parsons
  • Mel joined the company in January 2009 after having worked as a management consultant with Compass Advisory Partners, a Pittsburgh based turnaround consulting firm
  • 35 years experience in distribution and manufacturing, having served as VP of Operations with two firms prior to joining Huntington Foam
  • Responsibilities have included manufacturing and support resources including purchasing, inventory, quality assurance, planning, customer service and distribution, information services, and human resources
  • Graduated from Towson State University
